Already saved hundreds of $$$"s!!!
1920's house, roots in the main drain. Clogs every few months especially when one individual in household absentmindedly flushes wet wipes or paper towels. $300.00 a pop for the plumber to come and clear the drain. We have used this for the last 3 clogs and it clears it perfectly. We know we will need to call him out to clear roots but so far this has saved us over $1170.00!!! Highly recommend. It seems from the reviews that there could be defective units, we have not experienced that, we have used it 4 times with no failure.

This product works great!
I’ve always have had backups in my septic lines to the tank, ( I won’t say by whom) but this bladder works on clearing the line to the septic tank and since I’ve had it only had to use it once, I save a crap load of money, so long Mr. Plummer with your 300.00 dollar bill , save yourself some serious money and time, and trouble and you can’t beat the price!

Perfect!
I knew I had a clog in the making and wanted to get ahead of the game. I bought this yesterday and my line backed up this morning. It took ten minutes of being in the pipe and the clog was clear. This is what my sewer guy used when pthey came the last time. Far cheaper than $200!

Not quite like the video
Ok. This worked, but not qs easy as the video. Instructions were good. I worked on this clog for about half a day, off and on, continually checking and inserting/reinserting the bladder. Almost gave up, but it finally cleared. Video shows a one and done, but don't expect that and you are fine. Make sure it is seated and not leaking back up the line, give it time to work and don't be afraid to pull it out, check, and try again. Beats spending hundreds on a roto rooter.

Could get more stars
When I opened the package a black tube fell out. It only fits in the output side. I sent an email to DrainX about it… Initial contact 7/10/2024 No contact as of 7/14/2024 No contact as of 8/18/2024

Cleared an outside drain
This worked great! I had a long outside 4” sump pump pipe that had a clean out valve halfway between the house and the ditch. Unfortunately it lost the cap and became clogged with leaves and dirt. Used this as directed and it took a while to move the huge clog but it did it!! I am very pleased with the result.

Did not work for me.
I screwed it on the hose, turned on the water, and almost immediately heard a “pop”. When I pulled the hose back, the bladder was not attached. The screw part on the bladder was attached to the hose but the bladder was gone (inside the sewer pipe). I got a straight hose attachment and fed the hose back with my new attachment, turned on the water for a while. I set a stick in the cleanout and the bladder finally came through and the stick stopped it and I was able to get it out. I just used this straight hose attachment available anywhere and the drain finally cleared. I cannot recommend this bladder because I could easily have made things much worse using it.

Actually works great
I've tried more traditional drain cleaning techniques and this jet thing is by far the easiest and most convenient option I've found. 5/5

Great clearing blocked pipes /drains. Saves getting a plumber which would cost a lot more. Good to keep handy.
