Q: When the hinge is locked in open position, is there much/any "play" in the position of the leg?

Once installed these are very sturdy there is almost no wiggle. I had them installed on a table to secure the legs for folding. It was a good buy.

Q: Does it lock in both the open and closed positions?

"It locks when it's open, and doesn't lock when it's closed.

Q: Does this come with the mounting screws?
