Very handy and effective in a pinch. I keep a can in my back pack when hunting Deer and Elk. Helps give a quick boost when packing a load in the mountains. My wife got sick and Her O2 levels were down in the mid eighties. That is NOT GOOD. I gave her a can of this O2 and it brought her levels back into the nineties quickly. I was very glad to have that on hand at that moment!

Works great but a little expensive otherwise would give it a five

Really nice if you need it. Will increase your stats at least to 95 with three puffs, however does not replace o2 therapy. It's temporary for athletes and to that end shouldn't be used as therapy. It is however a temp solution until you can replace you regular o2 supply, do not think it can replace that 3 puffs replace o2 to 95. For a short while.

I purchased the Boost Oxygen Medium Natural 5L Canister 4-Pack mainly for post-workout recovery and high-altitude trips, and it's definitely made a difference. Each canister is lightweight and easy to use, with a simple push-button spray that delivers a quick shot of oxygen when I need it most. I’ve used it after intense cardio sessions and noticed quicker recovery and less fatigue. It’s also been a lifesaver during hikes at higher elevations—helped with breathing and kept headaches at bay. The natural, unscented option is a plus if you're sensitive to smells. The only downside is that the cans don’t last super long if you're using them frequently, but for a short-term boost, they do the job well. Definitely recommend keeping a can or two on hand for travel, training, or just general wellness.

I am a senior and I bring one to therapy while I am recuperating from wrist surgery. When it gets hard on me with the pain I did a breathe. It seems to help me get through the pain or no gain.
