Bulk Zero Calorie Syrups – Salted Caramel & Honey – Sweet tooth satisfaction, guilt-free!
I’ve been using Bulk’s Zero Calorie Syrups for a few months now—specifically the Salted Caramel and the Honey flavour—and they’ve honestly become staples in my kitchen for both sweet treats and day-to-day meals while staying on track with my health goals. 🍯 Honey Flavour This one surprised me—in a good way! It’s not exactly like real honey in texture (it’s slightly thinner), but the flavour is a pretty good match for a zero-calorie version. It’s sweet, floral, and smooth, and works amazingly on porridge, Greek yoghurt, and even in protein shakes for a little extra sweetness without the carbs. ✅ Great for toast, oats, and teas ✅ No weird chemical taste ✅ Doesn’t crystalise or get sticky ✅ Diabetic/keto-friendly 🍮 Salted Caramel Flavour This one’s definitely my favourite. It’s rich and indulgent, with a nice balance of sweet and salty. I’ve been drizzling it on everything—protein pancakes, mug cakes, even plain rice cakes to give them some life. It instantly elevates snacks without sabotaging calories. ✅ Deliciously decadent taste ✅ Perfect texture—not too thick, not too watery ✅ Helps with sugar cravings ✅ Tastes great even in coffee! 🔄 A Few Things to Note The packaging varies, but the bottle is generally a squeezy top, which is handy but can get a little sticky around the lid if you're not careful. Zero calorie claims seem legit—I’ve been tracking macros and haven’t noticed anything weird. The texture isn’t syrup-thick like maple or honey straight out the jar—but that’s kind of expected with sugar-free formulas. 🛒 Final Thoughts If you’re on a keto, low-cal, diabetic, or just health-conscious lifestyle and you miss those sweet finishing touches, these are a solid go-to. They’ve made my breakfasts and snacks a lot more enjoyable without the sugar crash. I’m already planning to try the chocolate and maple versions next! 💯 Recommend for anyone who loves flavour without the guilt.

One of the better ones I have used.
I’ve been using the this one mainly in my overnight oats and oatmeal, and overall it’s a good product. Like most sugar free syrups, it does have an artificial taste, but it’s definitely not as harsh or overly synthetic as many others on the market. I’ve tried quite a few sugar free syrups and ended up sticking with this one because it tastes better than most alternatives. That said, it can become too sweet if you use a lot, so a small amount works best. Overall, a solid option if you’re watching calories and want a decent tasting sugar free syrup.

Good syrup alternative
Nice maple flavour but not as sweet as expected. I personally cannot taste any artificial sweetness as other have mentioned and it is on the watery side but it dies have an nice maple syrup flavor to it. Its also about 70% as sweet as normal syrup if that makes sense? Its still good on my plain porridge in the mornings and I've tried it in coffee too and it does what you need it too. Ill deffo buy again at this price.

Avoid!
This syrup tastes nothing like honey. Sugar content is non existent but the flavour profile is completely wrong and other brands are much better. The texture is wrong and nothing like actual honey. Longevity is great but pointless because you won't want to keep this around. The amount needed is low as it's very flavourful but it's a shame that it's the wrong flavour. It's also impossible to squirt a small amount from the bottle so ease of use isn't good. Not great value for money either.

Not quite right for me
Product isn’t way off, but I can’t bring myself to eat any more of this. It’s vaguely honey-like but the taste isn’t quite right. Tastes very synthetic and is very runny so it doesn’t satisfy my craving. It just sort of tastes sweet and chemical-like to me. You can’t expect it to be exactly like honey with zero sugar or calories, but this really isn’t that appetising. To me anyway. I can’t rate it too badly for what it is but I really don’t enjoy it!

It used to be £3.29 now it's £5.99, making it WAY too expensive!
I like this the taste is acceptable for a sugar free syrup, it's not as good as the real thing, but that was expected. Skinny syrup do a two (larger) bottle bundle for £8.51 so I've switched to them. The almost doubling of price of bulk syrups across the entire range makes it awful value for money now though and it just feels now like they're taking the Mickey with the price. I usually get two per month, but I don't like it enough to pay £5.99 a tiny 400ml bottle, which by the way is less than a small bottle of cola! I have had to cancel it from my monthly subscribe & save order. There's loads of other options out there that are reasonably priced. I've just got some golden syrup flavouring and add a couple of sweeteners to my porridge and it's pretty much identical to this for a tiny fraction of the price.
