Hopefully take all the notes I need for a PCR it's all the boxes that I need to ask only downside is no General notes section but can't have everything it actually does more than what I need to do would buy this again

These booklets are great for an EMT. They fit in my pocket, give me enough space to write while I’m bouncing around in the ambulance & working on my patient. I ordered the 3-pack of this booklet. One of the booklets had the pages accidentally inserted backwards. I didn’t want to return all 3 since I needed to use them. So I called the manufacturer to see if they could send me just a replacement booklet. They said no problem at all & actually sent me 3 booklets. With support like this I highly recommend this product to other EMTs.

Good but need modification to fit into Scottish Hx taking

Nice small books fit easily into cargo pants. Has multiple details of health assessments to complete saving time. Good for PcRs.

It good so far, paper is pretty thin but you get what you pay for in that respect. Space for the info which is nice and front and back of pg are dedicated to one pt. Wire is also pretty thin so make sure to not bend it too much vertically
