Worth the hassle
With a price like this, you can't go wrong. First thing out of the box, it's heavy, and sharp! They do not mess around in that factory. Because I have an LED headlight, the install was pretty difficult. You just need to twist with one hand and hold the back with the other, the trick is not slicing your fingers open when pushing on the grill. After vet glue and a bandaid, I rode off! It looked great, until I noticed the headlight was slowly but surely rotating around (Harleys DO vibrate). After getting some velcro, it's snug as can be. For a universal, affordable grill, this takes the cake! Looks absolutely amazing on my newer LED headlight.

NICE!
This headlight cover looks sweet on my blacked out Harley Sportster 48. It was super simple to install; simply removed the old chrome ring that fastened at the bottom of the headlight, then maneuvered the black base ring over the headlight housing, then screwed the black grill cover on tight. It seems very durable and sturdy, hope it holds up over time with the signature Harley vibrations and rumbles :)

Bad look, good price
I really like the look of these headlight grilles on motorcycles. I saw the price and said why not! It more more difficult for me to take off my little fairing and put back on than it was to install this grille. Had a few set backs but I made it work. First, the two piece grille has some sharp spots so be careful. I sliced my finger on it but just wear gloves if you have soft hands. Second, fully tightened mine was a tad loose as well as the headlight so I took it off and wrapped a little electrical tape around the light housing and that plowed the grille to tighten well and is now solid with no movement. I have a 2021 iron 1200 and I managed to use this and still keep the fairing installed. See the picture. It was a tight fit though so do it at your own risk. Only time will tell is the added pressure on the mounting points will hold up. Overall this is a good item at a good price and it looks well.

Looks good but...
Easy to install, replaces the headlight retainer ring. Sturdy, stays put. But after closer inspection I found that it doesnt keep the actual headlight in place. the headlight its self wobbles around. impossible to keep adjustment, Whats worse is that I cant get it off now. I hand tightened it, but two of us with tools cant get it off. I defiantly would not buy them again.

Great Fit!
Great addition to my 2016 Harley Sportster 48! It made the whole front of my bike look different. some have said this was hard to install or wouldn't tighten. I had no issues with this. You dont have to unplug the stock front headlight or wires to install. Just tske stick headlight ring off, then slip this over everything at an extreme angle and put back together...just keep screwing the new ring on until it tightens.

Took A Minute but GoT ER DONE
You Need to take a picture once inside the bulb housing of the wiring disconnect your battery before you cut yer wires measure to be sure you have enough wire to the main bulb connector ("BEFORE YOU CUT THE WIRES") Be sure to leave enough wire to reconnect to the Bulb Harness than pull the wire from the rear of the housing ( DO NOT PULL THE RUBBER INSULATION FROM THE HOUSING ) just the wires take the Ring and place it over housing ( be sure to remove the reflector housing from the bike frame ) do this by removing mount nut to drop the fixture slide the ring to the front of the bulb and remount fixture take ring ( clamp ) from the bulb and save it, next push wires thru the tube at the back of the housing and splice your wires in the color order you cut them at, use butt connectors and cover the wiring where connected them to the bulb plug first individually than seal them so as they are covered to the plug to prevent moisture entering area over time mot the bulb spin on the ring after you set yer bulb into the receiver it wont fit if you use the original mount in housing if clamp attached set your bulb mount and enjoy.
