Super Sharp and great boning knife
I was not expecting much for the price but was surprised by the quality of this knife. It stays sharp much longer than my knives that are supposedly better steel and more expensive. The little bonus knife is just as sharp and I use it all the time for things other than cooking.Not that it's heavy for this type of knife, but I would prefer something a little less weight.
