Iberico Ham, Hand-Carved, Three 3 oz Packages

Good product, i have tried 5J bone in Pata Negra Jabugo ham freshly cut, and the flavor is more intense and better overall (as I was expecting), however this package is really good flavor and taste for a packaged product. I would recommend it. If you want the real deal, you would have to spend 1k at least, so, for 30$ this is the next best thing.

Arrived in a non-refrigerated foil envelope, although package says “keep refrigerated”. The flavor is not that of the authentic jamon iberico that you’d get in Spain, it’s just OK.

The ham is so tough, and lacks the delicacy you usually find in jamon de iberico. While the fat part is soft and tender, i find them to be too oily and greasy. The unique jamon test is there, but rather minimal. Definitely overpriced and much disappointed.

exceptional flavor and taste. This is Spain. Be sure to leave it out from the fridge, opened to the air, for at least an hour, preferably longer, to really get that famous nutty taste they're so well known for. A little Manchego and a glass of Rioja and you're in business!

It is not a fresh Spanish ham for a ridiculous price. Very, very disappointing. Never again I will buy from you.

For Iberico Ham fans, this stuff is as good as it gets in Spain and hands down the best available in the states. Absolutely delicious. If you've not had Iberico but like hams, cured meats, etc. you owe it to yourself to get some. Melts in your mouth.
