We received 6 of these balls a couple of weeks ago. Just blew them up and threw them in the pool in the morning. That night they lit right up! They look extremely cool and we have them in the changing color mode. They slowly change colors, not just switch back and forth. It makes for a much better effect. We love them and will be buying more for our pond too!Customer service was stellar. Unfortunately 1 ball did not work out of the package. I texted the company and Ana texted me right back. They sent a replacement out immediately and were very kind.I highly recommend these balls and this company, 100% satisfied!

I am as impressed with the sales support from Tially - Equally to the lights themselves, which I love! Even though it's pretty straight forward how to set them up and simply blow them up like a balloon, and activate for solar charging, I reached out to the customer support. I couldn't believe the thoroughness and even follow up text to make sure I had everything I need. Once the lights were inflated, I waited for the solar charge from the sun and !!! That night my lights looked like an dreamy and delightful solar display. They are so so sweet. I placed a few on pretty metal stands and a few in the trees using fishing line because I don't have a pool!. After a few days if they need blowing up, I just blow them up a little by hand, and voila, back to perfect. I have 2 sets and will be buying more. I am so happy with this product and service. Refreshing!!!

One of the four ball stopped working in about two weeks. It didn't turn on at night anymore and another one of them was started to loose brightness. Does not worth the money at all. Returned!

I think these look so beautiful in my pool at night and are the best product idea for outdoor decoration in the water! I had a great experience last year with them. I packed them up for the winter, but I advise that you make sure after you deflate, you hold the power button down a few seconds to shut the solar power charger down. 2 balls did not work this year, and the owner was terrific in replacing them and helping me via text. I have learned that many of the initial issues starting up are that it needs to be powered on to charge. The instructions say to blow it up first, but my advice is to press and hold the button on the moon for a few seconds, release it, then blow it up and let it stand in the sun for the day. After it's charged, you can adjust the kind of lighting you want by pressing the button quickly at night, so you can see what you are doing. If you live in a seasonal climate where you pack away for the winter, you can expect two seasons out of it. Worth it to me.

ETA: customer service contacted me when they saw my review and sent me a replacement product. It works fine, I will say that the moon print on it is very faint and not very visible. But I really do appreciate the company's customer service!It doesn't fully inflate, so it's always squishy. But who cares? Because the LED lights don't work. Can't return it because I didn't keep the packaging. Complete waste of money.

They are very cute but the print is too light. I want it to be more like the original picture before you get to video and see those are light but mine are really really light. If they were are darker and more moon like they would be the best

I threw away directions before reading. These last gets turn on specifically according to directions. I thought they were another “bad buy”. I happened to get the email address and thought get well I’ll give it a try. I got an email the very next day with directions on how to turn them on and a please come tact them if any further problems. The lights worked!! Such a pretty addition to our pool! They are brand new and I’ve only had them a couple days but I really like them and the small business customer service I received was very quick, precise and appreciated. I highly recommend this on my experience. I will keep an update on how they are doing and maybe add some pictures I can take tonight when they turn on.

I love these pool lights/floats! I bought 4 of these solar moons to decorate our pool for my son’s 12th birthday/ slumber party early October. These photo’s were taken 6 months after…it’s now almost 11 moths after and 3 are still beautifully lighting my pool every evening(pool guy got rough with one). I have not had to add more air or anything. The solar panel at the bottom is the perfect weight to keep them always upright.Also, The lights are remarkably bright for being solar powered.They make me smile every time I see their evening glow!

I ordered 6 and 5 of them work perfectly. The “cool white” is actually a very pretty blue and the “warm white” is just that. I like them a lot. Will try to have the 1 that doesn’t light at all replaced.
