Was very easy to pump up because it comes with the pump! Great height for my 5”3 body. I get a great stretch from using this because it’s not too big. Doesn’t smell like plastic. Keeps the air in pretty well but also easy to repump up if needed. The quality feels good and not too “plastic”

I bought this during my second trimester of my first pregnancy. It was so easy to blow up and was great quality! It made it a lot easier to stretch after a long day of work. Definitely worth the price.

I got this yoga ball mainly for pregnancy stretching and posture support, but I’ve ended up using it daily—even as a desk chair. It feels very sturdy and well-made, and the material has a nice grip without being sticky. I love that it’s anti-burst and safe to use on different surfaces.The only downside is that the included pump isn’t very strong—it took quite a while to fully inflate. I recommend using a bike pump if you have one. Overall, though, this is a great purchase whether you’re pregnant, working from home, or just want better posture and core strength.

I'm 5'5" and got the M 55cm ball for pregnancy. It's the perfect size! The recommended 65cm ball was too big. I was told by my doula to get a ball that when inflated all the way makes me sit with my legs at a 90° angle. I inflated the first time with my air mattress pump because it's much faster. After 24 hours I used the hand pump to inflate it the rest of the way. The shape & color are good! Feels like good quality.

The material feels thick and durable, and it doesn’t feel like it’s going to pop or lose air easily. The anti-slip texture is also great. I feel stable doing core exercises and stretching. It comes with a hand pump and inflating it took just a few minutes. Once inflated, it holds its shape well and doesn’t deflate like cheaper options do. I also use it as a chair sometimes to keep good posture, and it makes a noticeable difference for my back. For the price, I think this is a great investment. Highly recommend it!

I ordered this to help with my L5-L6 herniation. Using this for gentle exercises has been a game changer. It was easy to assemble/inflate. So far very durable and thick material. I was told I should be able to sit on the ball with my knees at a 90 degree angle. I am 5’ 4” and weigh 150. So far so good, no leaks and very comfortable!
