Kids First Science Laboratory Kit

I bought this for my 3 year old grand daughter and she loves it. She enjoys the hands on experiences and making observations. This is a great way to get the little interested in science.

Big success with a 31/2 year old and 5 yo grandchildren. The storage box is handy but was already being used for other games. The equipment was sturdy and easy for the kids to handle. We did have to move the 'lab' outside to deal with foaming water! Bought lab coast for them as well which helped them get int the science mode.

Great for kids of all ages. A great way to encourage and foster love of learning and exploring in science. Tools of a scientist that are nicely oversized to accommodate smaller hands that are working on dexterity.

First, I am a big fan of Thames & Kosmos all the way around - this kit is great EXCEPT.... the quality of the clear plastic parts like the test tubes. During play with my three year old, one of the test tubes fell of the bed onto the tile floor (about two feet). It cracked. Same thing happened to the clear plastic funnel. Love the size of all the items. Perfect for a 3 year old but the quality of the plastic parts needs to be addressed - too brittle.

Great science kit for the young scientist in training! Definitely a big set, you'll want to make sure you have plenty of time to sit down and go through everything properly. Apparently there's different levels for the kids to grow along with the set, and work their way to more advanced experiments, but haven't gotten there yet!

My 4 year old grandson loves looking through the booklet to see what experiment he would like to do. He has done most of them a couple times already.

Cute idea. But not worth the money for all that comes in it.

My son is 5 and has a blast with it! The experiments are great, easy to do, and nothing is expensive to do! Id purchase again

Grandson loved it, opened it on his birthday and was outside collecting bugs and anything he could put in the containers. Kept him busy and his mind working for some time. Recommend for gift for kids learning.

Concept was great and my daughter loved it but the plastic is brittle and cheap feeling. Out of the box the large test tube was cracked and I expect more with use. Tried to request a replacement and the item was sold out and none available, nor would be in future. Only option was return for refund which meant taking awaay my daughters Christmas present that she liked despite the broken piece. No partial refund or other option offered so had to pay full price for damaged item or be the Grinch at home :/
