Nice option for gifts

I purchased this expensive curling iron. It is not currently working after 14 days. This is our second one. The first one my girls loved so we purchased another one when my daughter moved. This one is not working. The return/warranty policy is terrible. Beware of companies that don't have a consumer friendly warranty policy.My daughters love the first curling iron. 2nd one not so much-I will probably have to purchase a 3rd because we cant wait 6-8 weeks for a warranty claim to be processed.

My wife says it is really hot. A little hard to use at first. Her hairdresser uses this one ane it really is worth the money.

Still prefer my Babyliss. Or GHD. This one is more lightweight which isn't good on frizzy or dense hair. It doesn't get as hot, only up to 385. And it just feels less durable. My Babyliss and GHD both lasted me like 5 or 6 years, I don't foresee this one lasting that long just based on the feel of the weight, the buttons, the lack of smoothness of the design. Who knows, we'll see.

If you have very long, thick hair, this might be a great curling iron. The barrel is the longest I’ve ever seen on a curling iron though, and as someone with shoulder length fine hair, it was not going to work at all.

This straightener did not work for me. It did not straighten my hair.

When I received the curling iron the package looked new but the curling iron had long black hair stuck in the barrel and the handle and tip of iron were disgusting!

Want to love this curler. I picked it because of the long barrel for my thick and long hair. Used it a few times. A couple of times, my hair got caught in the clamp (area between the metal and plastic) and I struggled to free the hair from it. I am disappointed with the product given how much I have paid for it. This is a high-end product and should not have this sort of issue. Contacted customer service and didn’t get a response. Do not recommend this curler or the company.Not able to leave a review on the BIO IONIC company’s website because it’s “temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.”
