Is this 240 volts 60Hz? Because I will use this unit in Philippines.

one of the lances lasted around 15minutes out of the box, still waiting for fed-ex to collect .Bosch customer service is useless

I purchased this as I have many Bosch tools that I am really pleased with. I wanted something reliable and effective for moderate use. At first all was great, but then plug fuses kept blowing, Soon after the the washer would not engage pressure when pulling the trigger, then stopped working altogether. Bosch would not honour the 3 year guarantee as I had not registered. This was just a few days over the 12 month guarantee when it stopped working altogether. I paid £120 for a non descript repair, on first use it still has the fault, not very ‘professional’ after all. No reliability at all and quite embarrassing to use on a customers drive. Not up to the Bosch Name, very frustrating
