UPDATE: Came home last Friday to discover that the vendor had shipped out a replacement fountain. While I’m typically a person who doesn’t mind repairing things rather than letting items go to waste, the damage on the bottom of my previous fountain was clearly a result of a manufacturing defect and warranted replacement. I unboxed the product immediately and set it up, and have the added bonus of being able to continue to use the previous fountains pump and now have a spare on hand for the future. I appreciate the prompt response and the vendors willingness to make matters right. The new fountain has been plugged in for a week and is running smoothly with no early signs of defect.This fountain was great while it worked, it is lovely to look at and makes a nice sound and the added bonus of a light makes it extra special— However, a couple of days ago I got it out for the year, cleaned it up and went to fill up, and water went everywhere. Flipped it over and the entire fiberglass bottom had corroded. Contacted the helpline on the product page and was instructed by the vendor to provide pictures and copies of my receipts. Fast-forward to this morning, I opened my email and to discover that their solution for the issue was to apologise, say that this seldom happens, and tell me they will get back to me with suggestions on how to repair it myself, and asked me to be patient in the interim. At this point The only thing they have going for them is quick response time to emails. I responded and told them that me paying additional money to purchase materials to fix the fountain myself wasn’t my preferred option considering that the fountain hadn’t eked out even a full year of use before this happened. Will update when I hear back. Hopefully they will send a replacement.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this as a gift for my mom to replace a different fountain from another brand that splashed too much. I just got it set up and it looks and sounds lovely. No splashing🙌🏼It’s lightweight resin, not ceramic. It is the quality I expected from the description. Super easy to set up. The only thing I had trouble finding was how much water it holds. My husband found it and it holds a little less than 2 gallons. **I used distilled water as instructed.** The lights do not not have an on/off switch, but if you’re not a fan all you have to do is disconnect them. The water flow is adjustable. It’s a very nice addition to my moms screened in porch. Hoping it will last longer out of the elements.

The is a wonderful addition to our water features we have for the birds and the color is stunning in our yard.

I ordered this for my floral shop to place indoors near my plant selection. It is very lightweight and has a calming water trickle sound. We assembled it and it ran fine. But on the 3rd day (I turn it off before I leave the shop and turn on when I return to the shop the next day) all of a sudden I heard water running loudly. I looked over and the water was just leaking out everywhere. It went down my display table, got underneath all of the plexiglass coverings and made a huge pool of water on the floor. I went through 2 rolls of shop towels to clean it up. We have no idea why this happened. It was running as normal and then out of the blue, I had a huge mess. I really hope this doesn't happen again because this was quite a mess of water to clean up. It wasn't moved or bumped and I didn't have any customers in my shop at that time (thank goodness!)I hope that was a fluke. Other than that, the fountain is pretty nice. It's very lightweight so I can't imagine using this outdoors if you live in windy conditions.

Looks great . Easy to install. Can’t tell the difference between ceramic and this plastic. Don’t have to worry about bumping it or breaking it. The lights are pretty at night. Several people have stopped to admire it. Only thing I would like to add…..more lights would show it off better at night. Love it.

****UPDATE****I got this in July 2024. It is now September 2024 and the red finish is already flaking off the fountain in several places, revealing a pink undercoat. What a piece of junk. Nobody wants a pink fountain. My return window closed in August 2024, so I will be tossing it in the garbage.This fountain only lasted 2 months before the finish failed. Do not buy, cheaply made junk.***ORIGINAL REVIEW***I searched for a hummingbird bath or fountain here on Amazon and this popped up. I bought it. I have a lot of hummingbird feeders and hummingbirds at the house all day. I thought they'd take to this and use it for a bath, but they don't. The back of this fountain has a huge hole to access the pump and such. So make sure you have a spot to put it up against to hide the ugly hole. The led lights are on all the time, no way to shut them off during the day. It is very light weight also. It looks neat but I wish it was more liked by the birds, especially since it popped up as a recommendation. And I wish the lights could be turned off easily.

This is my replacement for a similar one that I've had for years that finally cracked. Looks fine except I wish it had handles - not easy to turn around if you want to add water from the back. The worst is the sound - sounds like someone is peeing and the only way to not have it sound like this (and sound somewhat pleasant) is to make sure it's full to the brim - always. That's a daily thing in the summer if you have a lot of birds drinking from your fountain. The pump is not strong so on the highest setting the bubbles at the top are minimal. Also the plug it came with says "rainproof" but does not look outdoor rated and only indoor. Would not buy again.

This suprised me with how big it is. I thought it was gonna be smaller but its decent size. Everything works great so far very peaceful trickle of water flow and the lighting works well. Very simple to assemble and it sounds as it should not too loud but not to quiet. Very pleased with this purchase!

Awesome addition to my outdoors and has a gentle water sound with light. Love it.

I wish I'd bought it last year. The only thing I don't care for is the bright light on the top so I just disconnected it. The lower one is fine. Update: it survived a racoon attack. On its side, empty in the morning, fortunately I unplug the pump at night. But no chips out of it, paint wasn't even scratched.

Great size however, water goes every which way😔 and the product is so much darker than the picture, I bought it for the colour and was very disappointed
