昔はこんないい問題集はなかったのに、いまの人は恵まれていますね。 テキストの問題を解いてから、こちらもしっかり解けばかなり文法は身につくのではないでしょうか。 また Sententiae Antiquae の内容に関する質問は、こちらの問題集のほうが理解の助けになるように思います。 （テキストの問題は、私の場合、ラテン語力より英作文能力の問題で答えるのがむずかしいんですよね（笑）） 解答はついていませんが、これまた Wheelock's Latin の充実のサイトから無料でダウンロードできます。 ウェブ上で検索すると有料で売ってるところが見つかりますので、まちがってそっちで買わないように気をつけましょう。 私はうっかりそっちで買ってしまって後悔の臍をかみました（笑）。

I had decided to study Latin after stumbling over various words and phrases unfamiliar to me in reading, and being a big etymology buff didn't hinder that decision in the least. My previous review was meant for the seller, but ended up posting under the product profile. So, my apologies for the confusion. Wheelock's Latin is the most studied course of Latin. There are a plethora of resources online for those following this course. Now, as I'm studying from home at my own pace, I can only give references or recommendations accordingly. Wheelock's Latin is laid out in such a way that I've not had any major stumbling blocks. I can go over & over a chapter until I feel I've absorbed it. It lays everything out very simply, and gives excellent examples. If you happen to purchase a copy without a disc (as I did), never fear. Wheelock has a website that provides the correct pronunciation of the various vocabulary as well as the vowel & consonant pronunciations. With that said, I can only say that I'd highly recommend Wheelock's Latin. Now, for the companion workbook. It basically provides a comprehensive "test" of the material drawn from Wheelock's Latin textbook by chapter. It will definitely help one to recall and retain information learned pertaining not only to Latin, but in the English language as well (which the textbook gives wonderful examples of how Latin correlates to modern English as well as some other languages.) If want to learn Latin, but wondering if you can do it outside a classroom: the answer is yes. With Wheelock's, I firmly believe one can. This workbook is an indispensable tool in that process. As I've said before, Wheelock's Latin is the most used text in studying Latin, and there is an abundant supply of study aids that accompany Wheelock's. Salve!
