what amp relay & fuse size do i need???

Will the spal fan wiring harness with relay (40 amp) be big enough to run this fan?

Yes, that's what I'm running, I've measured mine (I'm running 2 of them on separate circuits) and each one draws 26 amps at full speed. So both together pulls 52 amps out of your alternator, make sure it's up to the task.
