Non-stick 9" square baking pan is very useful. Good quality and I love the lid that comes with it!

I own about a dozen of these 9x9 pans and use them heavily for freezer cooking. Overall, I'm really pleased with both the price and the quality of these pans. The build quality is decent enough and the non-stick coating has held up to dozens of uses. I'm not sure about really long-term as I've only had my oldest units for about a year, but so far so good with decent care. I love the plastic lids, they make tossing them into the freezer a piece of cake and it keeps a relatively good enough seal to prevent freezer burn. (If I'm super concerned, I'll add a layer of saran wrap.) I can easily fit a bunch in my chest freezer, although they do take up the space quite quickly. The best part, though, is that they stack wonderfully for storage...both the lids and the pans themselves. Even with a dozen of them, they barely take up much space in the cupboard...so that's pure win for me. There's not much a difference between this and a typical 8x8 pan, so if that's what you're looking for, these will do just fine. For the price and value, I don't think you can do better.

Love this pan for brownies. It has a nice lid that comes with it and is easy to travel with. Would buy again.

This is a nice, thick and sturdy pan. The plastic lid is not a cheap plastic that might have a tendency to break but is also thick and sturdy yet still has a degree of flexibility. It also snaps on the pan tightly to keep your baked goods fresh. I've only had this a short time and used it just twice so far but in each case was totally pleased with the results. Both items - 9 porcupine balls for a dinner and a pan of brownies for my grandkids - came out evenly cooked. I used Crisco canola oil spray - Wilton recommends not to use butter, margarine or liquid vegetable oil - and both items came out evenly cooked with little or no sticking. Clean up was a snap. I washed it in warm soapy water in the sink with a regular dish cloth - although I did have to use a plastic nylon pad on one spot but it was minimal effort.

I've used it twice since receiving it two weeks ago, and it seems great to bake in. (Contrary to many of the reviews, it does seem to be a non-stick surface.) My one minor issue, and the reason for four stars rather than five, is that the lid is somewhat hard to remove. As many others here have said, better that than the lid coming off while transporting, but it is still a bit of an annoyance. I much prefer a 9 X 13 pan I have with a lid which attaches with sliding latches and also has a carry handle, but I don't always need to make such a large cake. If Wilton (or another brand) would make a smaller pan with that type of lid, I'd definitely be interested.

I bought these for containers to transport cupcakes. Then I started baking in them. I just night my 3rd because I cam only transport 9 cupcakes each pan. I ove hem. I like the shape . Size. Versatility of baking and transporttung. Sturdy food value

I like Wilton products. This is a nice, heavy duty pan with a sturdy lid. Worth the price. In fact I have a homemade from scratch carrot cake in it in the oven now!
