I have tried many sugar subs and I think this is the closest to the real thing. It can be used just like brown sugar in equal amounts so there is no need for conversions and it taste’s delicious.

This is a great product if you are trying to cut calories, carbs, and/ or sugar. It tastes and works just like brown sugar in alloy recipes, lattes,and Ninja Creami desserts. It takes two plus weeks to arrive so I am always ordering another.Probably best to get two.

I don't mind the taste of Swerve, and enjoy it quite a bit, but it doesn't taste quite like real brown sugar. It's also a bit more clumpy/moist than regular brown sugar so it can be harder to work with, but overall I like it. The only other downside I can think of is that it's expensive compared to Splenda brown sugar or real brown sugar.

At first, I was a little skeptical because when you smell it straight from the bag, it smells a little funky, but baked into cookies. It taste just right. It has a cooling sensation which I find really pleasing and taste exactly like regular cookies.
