Ok so I LOVE this stuff! I noticed a difference right away when I started using this! It brought my hair back to life, and it didn’t strip my curly hair or hair color. If I ever have to use a different shampoo due to being in a hotel or traveling, I notice my hair loses its glory until I go back to this shampoo. It’s a great value for your money, it doesn’t weigh your hair down, and it gets your hair CLEAN. I use a lot of the shampoos and conditioners in this whole line!

This shampoo is great, it’s much better than the ones I was getting from the salon at a fraction of the price. Cleans well, makes my hair look good and protects the color. Highly recommend.

This shampoo does the job it promises to do. Leaves my hair feeling clean, smooth and mosturized.

I really loved the results that I was able to achieve with my bleached, heat styled hair. My hair immediately felt healthier, was less frizzy, and my ends didn’t appear as damaged. However, I did notice that my clumps of my hair would fall out while washing and brushing. I assumed this was somewhat normal, perhaps shedding hair that wasn’t healthy or barely hanging on. Now, I’m not so sure. I am going to continue using this shampoo (and the matching conditioner), but will try alternating and using every other wash. When I came to the end of my first bottle, I reordered using the same link on Amazon as before and received a similar bottle but with a different concentration of citric acid. I didn’t see anything about a change in formula, so not sure what to think..? I’m going to send it back, but would appreciate an answer as to why I received 7% the first time, and 3% this time. My hair has been damaged by bleaching from the last year, and touching up my roots every 2-3 months, and definitely ending up with too much overlap every time. I had been using a shampoo/conditioner that didn't do much more than preserve color, and my hair never felt nice after using it, and I would have a wad of hair come out every time (which was fine in the beginning because I have thick hair that has always been a shedding problem). I finally decided to look elsewhere for a good shampoo/condition that would protect the structure of my hair and not just the color, and this combined with the conditioner has done wonders.I've been using it for a couple months now, washing once or twice a week, and with each wash, I have less and less breakage hanging our around the drain when I'm done. I'm now seeing less breakage than when I had completely "v" hair before I started bleaching and using semi-permanent dyes.I know people have complained about the fragrance, but I don't find it too strong or bothersome, but my nose stays stuffy from pets I'm allergic to, so others with clearer sinuses might be bothered.The only con is that the shampoo/conditioner come in such small containers, and I wish there was larger packaging for a better price available.

This is good shampoo for the price

Love this product. I use the shampoo and conditioner. It keeps the brassiness at bay, gives my hair a bit of moisturizing, brightness and beauty. I wouldn’t use anything else. I definitely would recommend this product. The price is right and it is shipped promptly.

I don’t know what it contains but I can’t use it. If it falls anywhere even near your eyes, it stings like crazy
