Q: Is this an oem product? The box has multiple languages printed on it.

These filters do not meet my expectations for OEM units. They are PF63E, not PF63. The “E” is the economy version which lack both bypass and leak-back features. In my opinion, GM would never install these at the factory which is the definition of “OEM”. I purchased two of these but will never use. They are on my shelf but are destined for the dumpster. I definitely do not recommend these filters. Hope that helps.

Q: I was wondering why didn't the filter come in an AC Delco box? It came in a plain brown box.

Because AC Delco sells this same filter in several different packaging styles: Fleet, which comes unboxed; wholesale, which comes plain boxed for use in places such as fast-oil-change stores, and colored box for retail sale in places like WalMart or AutoZone. All the same filter but different packaging to save money.

Q: What is the bypass pressure of this filter. There appears to be two PF63 out there with different pressure relief

The professional version is for higher pressure. It will have Professional on the filter.

Q: Does this specific oil filter (acdelco gm original equipment pf63) use a plastic internal tube? and, does it come with fiber end caps?

Looking down the throat of a PF 63 and the internal tube is plastic. End caps appear to be metal. Hope this helps.

Seems like a good deal
