vahra technology (for Govt Water Supply) Fully AUTO Water Level Controller with Pipe Sensor, Pressure Sensor, Tank sensors - White

I purchased and installed the Vahra 2FAT Model for Municipal Water Automation. With most of the Smart Controllers automate the Municipal Water Supply to the Over Head Tanks, the Vahra 2FAT model offers the flexibility to automate the Municipal Water Supply to either the Over Head Tank or the Sump (Underground Tank). I installed the purchased Vahra 2FAT Smart Controller for the Sump (Underground Tank). I was amazed at the working of PRESSURE SENSOR in detecting the pressure variation in the Municipal Water Supply pipe, and starting the 1/2 HP motor. Apart from PRESSURE SENSOR, there were 2 sets of both PIPE SENSORS & TANK SENSORS. I installed both of the 2 sets of sensors, inside the Sump as was described in the received manual. I initially faced problems with the Vahra 2FAT Smart Controller and the PIPE & TANK SENSORS' signals! While I was at the verge of returning the product for a new one or cash refund, the WhatsApp communication with the manufacturer was very good. I described clearly, and in detail what all I did with the product installation, as described in the manual with 42 distinct images in WhatsApp. The manufacturer went through all of them, and we started debugging the problem one after another for the next 10 days with every turn of Municipal Water Supply! And finally, the Vahra 2FAT Smart Controller stunned my parents who were bothered with the random schedules of Municipal Water Supply! The Vahra 2FAT Smart Controller detects the Municipal Water Supply with the PRESSURE SENSOR, which inturn starts our 1/2 HP motor. The signal feedback from the PIPE SENSORS ensures there is no dry run, and keeps running the motor until the Municipal Water Supply runs off or leaving the next set of jobs for TANK SENSORS. The TANK SENSORS give feedback signal to the Vahra 2FAT Model Smart Controller, and continue sensing up to around 1 minute since the water level touches the base of TANK SENSORS' Carbon Detectors. After around 1 minute, the TANK SENSORS stop the Water Motor precisely! This automation eases the process of monitoring the Sump water level and removes the burden of worrying about the random schedules of Municipal Water Supply! Apart from the Auto Mode, the Vahra 2FAT Smart Controller also comes with Manual Mode of Operation. During the initial troublesome phases, the PRESSURE SENSOR detected the Pressure Variation in the incoming pipe of Municipal Water Supply and started the motor. With the problems faced (due to 2-Pin Connectors submerged in the water & getting short circuited the Common Wire) the PIPE SENSORS & TANK SENSORS would turn off the motor in the next 10 or 15 mins. During such phases, we ran the Smart Controller in the Manual Mode! Finally, I would maximum ratings for Performance, Value for Money, and Excellent Customer Support (we used Bilingual Mode - English & Hindi between the Customer & Manufacturer). And I highly recommend buying the Vahra 2FAT Smart Controller for automating Municipal Water Supply either to the Over Head Tank or Sump (Underground Tank).

Very good product. After fitting this automatic kit for my house i have never faced motor on/off issue. And also very good support from the team for installation for this automatic kit

The product works as promised (sort off). It is excellent & complete in terms of water/tank filling solution. Only issue is with the pressure sensor which detects when the water I has arrived in the main line. At my place the water doesn’t reach 1 feet above ground level, where my motor is fixed, so it was not working initially, so I called for technical support & got immediate positive help. They asked me to increase the sensitivity manually (by turning a screw on the pressure sensor), which I did & the sensor worked perfectly……which is what I thought. Then i starting noticing at times (early mornings) the sensor did not sense water arrival (hence the was tank not full & I had to manually press quick start button) but daytime/evenings it ws working perfectly (FYI in our area corporation water comes at 3-4AM which sensor never picks, rest of the day groundwater pumped from nearby station 3-4 times daily for hours. Sensor picks the pressure only after midday maybe because early morning the whole area uses water pump so the pressure is not there in my line or whatever the reason.) The rest of the day it works perfectly & we don’t have to bother to start or stop motor to fill up the tank. Possible solution (a) again fine tune the sensor (b) if water pressure in main line reaches motor on it’s own then better switch the pressure sensor with a water contact sensor or better use both together inline. It’s been 6 months & I’m happy with the quality of product built & support (everything else works perfectly), though I need to reach out again for further tuning the sensor to get 100% result. [One very important point : use instructed drill bit size on the pipes or you will have to change the pipe itself because there will be water leakage]

I purchased this product on 4 June 2025, and unfortunately, my experience has been highly disappointing. The pressure sensor does not work properly, and the system is not calibrated correctly. Even when the tank is empty, it fails to detect the condition accurately. If there is pressure in the line, the system starts running regardless of the actual water level, which defeats the whole purpose of an automatic controller. To make matters worse, the after-sale service is extremely poor. I tried reaching out for support, but did not get any satisfactory help or resolution. Overall, this product does not meet expectations and I do not recommend it. I am highly unsatisfied with this purchase.

Very good product using it from than a year now.. works flawlessly. I will recommend it to anyone with water supply

Very usefull and easy to install…. It’s accurate most of the time but fails when pressure is two low… but thats minimal thing which can be ignored almost 95% accurate once pressure is set.. Go ahead and take it..

AMAZING and WORTH MONEY must buy for places where water ie not released on a fixed time

Order this product last week and after installation observed the working for 2 days then writing this review I must say this is the product that made the life easier. I am using this product for my society building because our municipality water comes at 10 30 PM and goes at 1 30 AM so someone had to do this duty everyday from last 2 years. But because of this product we don't have to worry about water anymore. I would recommend this product everyone I have only 1 suggestion that the sensor fitting should be flexible for all the pipe sizes atleast upto 2 inch because every one has different pipe sizes mine was 1,1/5 inch pipe is did not fitted so for that portion we reduced to 1 inch other than this it works like charm
