The initial order was a tad small going according to the recommended size. So had to return and order the next size. Otherwise the shoe has the right amount of "cushioning" and good comfort compared to the KSO EVO which is a little bit hard on the feet, especially while running downhill. There is an unnecessary high heel counter which can cause bruise behind, at the heel. I had to take a normal socks and then cut the front part of that to get the fingers out and wear these socks to protect the heel from the shoe bite behind the heel. But over time, the counter softens and becomes bearable. I still continue to wear the cut socks. I would give 4 rating just because of the heel counter. Hope someone is listening.

First thanks to the girl at Gambol, she helped a lot in choosing a perfect size, with Vibram you need to have exact size, first time the size was big ( my mistake) but again thx to gambol staff & 2nd time I got the perfect size for me, very comfortable & light weight. About durability time will tell.

The product is good both quality wise and performance wise.But the model they are selling is very old.

Just fits my foot and is my second skin now. Feel next to barefoot. Only drawback: can't be used in wet conditions.

These are great minimalistic shoes.. just measure your foot and order the correct size.. best and the fastest way to get vibrams in india 😄

Previous versions of this shoe, and several other Five Fingers, were comfortable and performed very well. This item was not comfortable, had several irritating seams and a general lack of construction quality.Since I had run in them I couldn't return them.

Shoes fell apart within weeks of wearing.

So I actually bought 2 pairs of these. First I got a 9-9.5. And they were just a tad too long so when I ran my toes were not fully into the slots. There was about a finger width of room between my heel and the back of the shoe when my toes were fully forward. So I got an 8-8.5 and they are the perfect length, but they're too tight across the top of my foot to be truly comfortable. I still run in the shorter ones, but I can't where them for long enough to run long distances (3+miles). I kept the long pair for walking in. I really like the improved stability I'm experiencing with them compared to my Brooks Ghost shoes. They're a great shoe for crossfit style workouts, mobility and balance training, stretch routines including yoga. Would recommend, I just hope your feet aren't as oddly shaped as mine 😅.

So I bought the five fingers to hopefully correct some form issues in my running that were causing me shin splints. It really worked great and my shin splints are gone and I have vastly improved my form from running a few times a week in low profile shoes I'm a size 15 and a true size 15 and the shoes are still huge on me. I had read to buy a size down but thought well since they're 14-15 I'm already buying a size down.Because they're big and have so little that holds them together I get blisters in the back of my heel on longer runs.I will buy another pair when these die but a full size down for a great fit.
