Are additional/replacement bar end plugs available?

Why would you need them? The mirrors take the place of the original plugs.

How do we fix this mirror on to the drop bar? Is there some kind of clamp with which this is fixed on the bar?

You remove the cap off of your drop bar. The mirror comes with a plug that you insert into the drop bar and then push your mirror into that to secure it. Super easy install.
