This book is a little dated but the information is very useful. If you can get a book that still has the cd which has the numerous forms that can be reproduced, the book is even more helpful.

I would consider this a Therapist's Bible. It's that good.

This book offers a road map of treatment plans, flow charts for differential diagnoses, how to write up case formulations. Very helpful for those therapists starting in the field as well as those who have more experience.

I'm a PsyD student and this book was very helpful in my CBT course. Very detailed treatment plans.
