I rarely write reviews but the software experience with this product is amazing. Actual pairing is a little bit complicated but works well after you do it. Don't compare price with only IR hubs as this also supports RF frequencies. If you have RF controlled devices, I would 100% recommend this but if you only have IR, go for the cheaper IR hubs.

Poor installation
Could not connect to the device ever wasted several hours but no luck

Well build, sophisticated looking, capable of wall/ceiling mounting and works flawlessly + lightning quick response even when using Alexa… uses broadlink app that I did not face any issue while using or even during setting up. downsides -usb power adapter is not included and ‘custom remote’ does not show up in Alexa(but this has workarounds)

Not Bluetooth based remote
It will not be able to control your bluetooth based appliances such as Redmi TV which uses Bluetooth to control.

Point remote towards the receipient device only then it will work
Like - can change the channel in Tata Sky by asking AlexaDislike - Price, range of remote, only one direction remote

No useful remotes available with very short range
When try to add new remote no useful remotes are available. Also if we try to learn the remote long n tedious process follows. Also once learnt cant control the device even 20 feet away like ac.
