Product worked quicker than expected. Yes, it does get hot on the skin with the initial treatment. Almost immediately the skin becomes numb to the hotness with the following treatments. To protect my pets, I place the ointment crème on toilet tissue folded in double or triple layers. I then throw the tissue in the toilet. This way the pets can't get to the tissue if dropped on the floor by mistake, or 'take it' out of the small trash container in the bathroom.So far, this crème has worked best for me. This crème doesn't solve the problem, but it sure relieves the ache and pain somewhat for a while.

This stuff works great for arthritic shoulders and back pain. However, don't get it on your hands or in your eyes as it really burns. I use a food handler's plastic glove to apply (or even a plastic sandwich baggie works) and then toss it after application. This stuff really helps better than any other rub I've used.

The only arthritis cream that helps my worn out shoulder. The heat may seem intense but it is that heat that eases the pain and it lasts!

I felt like this stuff really helped with my pain. That being said, DO NOT use it on anywhere that is sensitive. For me I used it on my elbow. Rubbed it all around my arm in the elbow area. About 5 mins later, I started developing a burning sensation on my elbow "pit" skin. After about 10 mins. I had visible burn marks on my skin. I had to wash it off with soap to get it to stop burning. Just rinsing it did not do the trick. I didn't wash it off of the outside of my elbow as It didn't burn on the outside of my elbow. I also used it on my shoulder and had no issue at all. Use caution with this stuff though.Update: Few days later and have used this pain cream on my shoulder multiple times with no issue. Just today, about 2 hours after I applied to my shoulder, I went outside for about 5 mins. Being in the sun really activated the burn. My shoulder turned all red like it was sunburnt. I had to wash it off with soap and water to get it to stop burning... This stuff really does work, I swear. Just Damn! Be careful with this stuff..

If you are in a lot of pain, this is a great product. Pls be careful, it is very hot. Try a small area first. Make sure to wash hands after application.

This creme is a lot stronger than the original formula. It is reallygood for arthritis pain. And does not stain!
