Does it have auto shut off?

I bought this one for the reason of an auto shut off. But this is NOT. So upsetting. I cannot return it because it is over 30 days. Pay extra and get one with auto shut off. Mine stayed on for 3 hours. :(

Yes it is! And I know because my daughter leaves it on all the time! It automatically shuts off!

Does this item have duel voltage capability? The Conair website, same exact model, says it does.

This model CS221N is NOT dual voltage. It is clearly marked 120V on the packaging and on the iron itself. And if you go to Conair's website for this model, it says Single Voltage. You might be able to use a travel converter to use in Europe (220V) but if you plug this sucker directly into an outlet that is putting out 220V (even if the plug and outlet shape is the same) it will fry and die.
