Cheap Look...
So my review is all about the production and not the text withing. In a single line the cover is horrible! the way they have printed the cover.. I felt like it's a pirated copy for sure! But yes... After surveying a bit like the texts and the print quality and stuff I'm convinced it's a genuine copy. The issue is the wrong selection of paper for printing the cover has given such a beautiful book a horrible faded look... So to everyone who're looking forward buying this get ready to be shocked after opening ur packet seeing the cheaply produced cover....

This collection of love letters exchanged between Virginia Woolf and Vita Sackville-West is an outstanding record of their extraordinary relationship. These two courageous women challenged the sexism of their time period as well as the prejudice against lesbians. Their letters are beautifully written.

The kindle version could use better editing and formatting. For some reason the word 'life' is often turned into 'five'.

This morning, I heard a journalist on a reputable news outlet say about something I'm interested in: 'I think, you know', 'sort of'. After three helpings of these, I gave up, switched off. As a result, I have no idea what the news item was. My point is that both of the writers in this book of letters knew what words are, or can be, and what weight and meaning they can carry. VS-W was in her novels the lesser of the two writers, but in these letters they seem quite equally matched. Buy, if interested.

The book itself is great and emotional but the cover looks like it’s been laying in the library for sometimes. The corners are damaged.

I had been waiting for a compilation of their love letters for ages. This book is a chronological account of their relationship through their letters and diary entries, giving us access to their interactions but also to their inner thoughts. What a brilliant pair of women! If you’re a lesbian and a literature nerd you’re going to love this. If you’re a heterosexual and a literature nerd you’re going to love this. If you just like epistolary books you’re going to love this. The author / editor deserves all the awards.
