For mild incontinence. Absorbs mild losses commonly associated with incontinence, hemorrhoids, surgery, diarrhea, and childbirth related injuries. The unique butterfly shape folds for a snug fit, keeping the pad in place during normal activity. B Sure Loss Pads are a slim alternative to bulky diaper like undergarments and provide a simple and effective solution for mild fecal incontinence. Review: Useless - Useless, to put it politely. Totally overpriced. Avoid ! Review: Works perfectly. To address concerns from other reviews I had prior to purchase: - They're not a liner, and not intended to be a liner, so if you just drop them into your undergarment, they're not going to stay put because that's not where they go. - They're not a replacement for incontinence undergarments (e.g. Depends), they're for light/minor issues. - You definitely notice (at first) that it's in place, but unless you've got a smaller rear end AND you're wearing ultra-tight clothing, like, maybe, yoga pants (I don't know, I'm a guy that wears wool slacks and jeans most of the time), you might be able to see an outline through the clothes. - I wouldn't (and don't) reuse them during the day. i.e., if I need to use the restroom I remove it, and even if it's clean, wrap it in toilet paper and dispose of it in the garbage. - I wouldn't flush them. - The easiest way to put these on is just how it shows in the instructions; fold them in half length-wise over a finger then with the other hand spreading your cheeks, push the center of the pad directly against your anus (don't worry, your finger will be against your anus with the pad in between), then release your cheeks as you remove the hand placing it. That's it, it's in place and isn't going to move once you put your undergarment on. - There's no activated charcoal or other odor absorbing feature, if you do have an issue, you'll need to replace the pad soon, but you won't need to change clothes.

Just a total waste of money, and no way of a refund as I've used a few. As 'Newton' says below, many people are using them incorrectly, so... based on his review I decided to take the plunge and use them as per the instructions as intended. As soon as I pulled up my underclothes it moved slightly. I went for a 2-mile walk and it had completely moved and felt very uncomfortable. My wife (who doesn't need them I hasten to add) tried them, and had the same result. All they are... is a very small, flimsy, felt piece of material. Cheap as anything. A big con. I would strongly advise people to avoid this and save your money.

Have purchased the Butterfly brand for years. It worked well. This product is useless. I made my purchase mostly because one reviewer said other purchasers weren't using it right. However, I didn't notice the fact that they are ADHESIVE FREE which is clearly stated on the box (my error). Why would this company put out this product with no way to keep it in place. Reviews stating they are paper thin (almost like toilet paper) and don't stay in place are 100% accurate. Company should be ashamed of selling what basically amounts to toilet paper for $10. Don't waste your money.
