Loved this product, bought it a few times now. Kicks in about 30 mins after taking the capsule, and provides a great boost to energy levels and metabolism. Just pop a tab and within 30 minutes, you'll feel laser-focused. I had to pull an all-nighter, and it kept me going the whole time. The only downside is that the tabs are a bit tough to swallow. If they were smaller and had a smoother coating, they'd be the ultimate productivity hack.

I observed that in some capsules have 200 mg caffeine and one in some it just 30% of 200mg some capsule hit really hard gives good boost but most of them seems fake I'm not satisfied with this kind of selling strategy. I'm not going to but this brand again it lost my trust because some capsule works means they intentionally did this in order to confuse you (as they sometime work and other time not ) consider that may be I took them in a wrong way but I even tried 2 capsules with one hour window then it has confirmed my doubt.

This is my second bottle of caffeine from Nutrija and it is just perfect for pre-workout. Pretty strong and effective. It gives me absolute focus and energy during workout. Also never had any bloating or uncomfortable feeling after having it. Obviously taking 200mg of caffeine is not going to let you sleep for atleast next six hours of you taking it. Much better than any other product at this price point. JUST GO FOR IT.

I am using nutrija producta from almost 6 months and the quality of the product is absolutely the best in the price range. This caffeine 200mg is easy to use and as a pre workout does the work as it should do and helps in focus in my workouta। I love this caffeine tablet as it is very effective staple in my pre workout nutrition. Maybe it’s just due to personal tolerance, but it seemed a bit under dossed. I find myself taking two. Still a decent product though

GREAT THING FOR PREWORKOUT BUT TAKE IT 6-7 HRS BEFORE SLEEP.

It worked as intended, definitely had the energy but, later on i took 400mg but felt nothing, im not as enthusiastic and a little boost to help me get through my days quicker doesn’t hurt. Product works as intended and id say for the money I wished I bought some more for next month.
