Very comfortable and work well as a spacer for my big toes. I wear a women's size 10 and these stay in place and fit so well that I forget I'm using them. I've used spacers for years because of bunion pain, and these are softer and more comfortable than previous ones I've used. Because they are soft, I was concerned that they would not be durable, but after wearing a pair for hours at a time and hiking over 300 pain-free miles with them, they are still in perfect condition. They also stay put and are comfortable in the water shoes that I use for aqua aerobics. I'm glad they come in a 10-pack because now I don't have to worry about losing a pair.

This product works really well for my toe issues where big toe and second toe need separating. I don’t like bands around my toes so this band-less, soft silicone separator is much more comfortable for me. I mainly use them for exercise walks, hiking and around the house. Ideally for use with shoes. Harder to keep in place walking around bare foot.

Oh, these - are - nice! I recently ordered a different product. In fact, the UPS guy picked them up when he delivered these today. The other was made of the same soft gel that these are, but it fit over the big toe plus the next toe. After 30 minutes, I thought for sure I was going to take my sock off to find a purple big toe! Boy, that hurt. Went back on Amazon and looked some more. Finally found these, and the ratings seemed considerably higher than most all of the other bunion products, including the ones that just went back. I took one of these and put it between the two toes, expecting to only have it in for a few minutes. It IS the large size, after all....right? Well, much to my surprise, I wore it in the house for about an hour and everything felt just fine; like I'd just started using it. I even forgot it was there a few times. Not at all like that annoying feeling when you have a big ball of lint that has collected between your toes. No, this is actually quite comfortable. As it was a nice day, I went out to do a little 'work' (does Amazon allow such 4-letter words here??). I put on my new Kamik boots and trudged outside and into the waiting snow. Spent more than 2 hours going hard at it....OK, hard for me. Moved a lot of snow, carried some steel for an upcoming project, changed batteries in the outdoor sensor for the thermometer, and played with the cats (aka; The Kids). Most of the time I had totally forgotten about the gel thingy between my toes. Was it even there? Did I leave it on my desk next to the keyboard? Got done for the day and came inside. Commented to the wife how amazed I was that it still was not causing any pain. ....Just had to open my mouth, didn't I!?! Not 5 minutes later I had to remove the gel insert. The outside of the bunion was red; don't know if from rubbing in my boot or if from the new position that the insert put my toe in. In any case, I removed the insert and all was good. No lasting pain or discomfort, like with that other thing I'd just returned. So, if you have bunions, these MIGHT just help you! Everyone is different, so it's wonderful that we can try things and, if they don't work out for us, we can return them to Amazon. So here's a huge shout-out to Amazon -- THANK YOU!! Go ahead, try these. I bet most folks will be happy they did! Nope, not done yet. Another reviewer mentioned that they had to remove their insert after a few hours. They then explained that the more time went by, the longer they could use these inserts and, eventually over time, there was no more pain. I cannot attest to that, as I just got these today! ....What, you're still here? Go home. I'm done. ;-)

Comfortable and as described
