I brushed with oil before cooking chicken drumsticks on this rack set over a baking sheet. Afterwards I filled sheet with soapy water and let sit while eating dinner. When I went back I only needed to use a scrub brush and it came clean very quickly and easily. Very happy with the quality of these racks.
