It says Made in PRC on the box, which is China. But has the address in UK and Ireland, also on the box. I have been using it for 2 years now, every night, results are real and maintenance is important.

It’s very easy to find this info online: Ingredients: Purified Water (Aqua), Disodium Phosphate, Citric Acid, Cellulose Gum, Swertia Japonica Extract, Panax Ginseng Extract, Biotin, Sodium Chloride, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Benzalkonium Chloride.
