I Had trouble sleeping at night my back would ache i sleep on my side so I bought the orthoblock knee pillow and so glad I bought this one my back feels so much better afder using the pillow afder 2 nights it's amazing it's firm but soft at the same time it's very comfortable between my knees and dosent get to hot at night I love that it has a strap to hold it in place and it stays on when I'm turning around in bed it dosent hinder me when I get up in the night to use the bathroom it's easy to take off and put on I now get up in the morning with no backache all so I do suffer from sciatica so this should help it a lot it keeps your back in alignment love the colour and you can wash the cover as it has a zip well made allso comes with a 2 year guarantee when you register it.

I like the cushion for its job. I'm pregnant and it is helping with my hip pains.However it has an awful plastic smell that hasn't lessened since having it. Have wiped the cusbion itself down and washed the cover but it still smells which is very off putting.

This is really comfortable however I would suggest that the leg strap is perhaps adjustable maybe with Velcro rather than being a fixed strap which will overtime possibly stretch. Just my opinion. Otherwise excellent and comfortable.

It's taken a week or 2 but I have noticed a difference. I am no longer being woken by pain in a buttock & down the outside of the same leg. This block is quite heavy so takes a bit of getting used to and the silicon gel can irritate my thighs despite the mesh covering. The mesh covering may not last as I've noticed one tiny failure already. This I can put up with if I continue to improve.
