Great performance, reliability and customer service!
Purchased these some time ago for a overlander van project, full extension wooden drawer to be used as a mobile kitchen. The installation went great, the measurements were simple and performance wise they did the job without putting up a fight. My application:- Drawer weight ~80lbs- Full extension= 50"- Mounting= sides (offset)The slides held up under a lot of abuse and have worked well, never binding and plenty sturdy for my application. Fast forward a year... when I was in a hurry, pulling the box out by separating the slides, it caught the plastic retention clip on one slide and pulled it off. This sent the ball bearings flying out and wrecked it. I was amazed that it didn't jam up and I could still carefully use it, but it was toast.I contacted Firgelli and asked if they could sell me just a single slide since the other one was still working perfectly (and I'm reeeally cheap). The team there took pity on my situation and offered to ship me a new set on them. Besides being perfectly happy with my initial purchase, I was FLOORED by their level of customer support! Most sellers on Amazon and FleaBay look for any excuse to stick you with their garbage, and I've easily been fleeced for $1K or more over the past few years. Firgelli stepped up to the plate and backed their product above and beyond!Hats off to you guys; thanks for keeping the true meaning of responsible and ethical business practices alive n well.I have recommended these slides to many people in my offroading circles in the past year, and will continue to do so. So why only 4 stars? Well, 4.5 stars isn't an option. In my honest opinion, at full extension there was a lot of flex in them and I don't feel like I could have added another 300lbs without causing serious damage. Of course I am unwilling to push the envelope to verify the rating, but still feel like they well exceeded my needs for a price that was 3x less than the next one. Add the perfect support and you can't go wrong.

Great for the price.
These work pretty well for the price. They were the cheapest with the weight rating that I could find. When they are fully extended though they sway side to side which with 300+ lbs in the drawer scares me.

Fell apart the 1st time I used it
So, overall these seemed like an ok purchase. I read all the comments and reviews and agree that there’s no way these things could possibly support 400 lbs. I tried to support maybe 60 lbs, and the first time I extended it, maybe 30 or 40 of the ball bearings just cascaded out and onto the floor. At that point, I noticed that a ton of the teeth that hold the bearings in were bent or tweaked. I just submitted a return request.UPDATE- they are sending me replacement rails. That’s nice, I just wish they didn’t take 2 weeks to get here. Will update when those arrive.

DO NOT BUY> VERY WEAK PRODUCT
I bought two 50 inch slides. one was to put clothes in and was kept lightweight and the other was used for a stove and camping items. The clothes drawer slide BROKE THE THIRD TIME I PULLED THE SLIDE OUT. The ball bearings spilled all over the place and the plastic pieces broke into a few pieces. The other slide was working well until today (3 months of use) and the same things happened.I contacted customer service about the product breaking on its first outing and i never heard back.If you are going to buy long drawer slides DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this product. Buys something that will actually hold up more than a week.

Misleading Advertising. Not 400 lbs barely holds 50lbs
Misleading advertising .DON'T BUY THESE! Unless you are going to make a drawer out of AIR and only put Styrofoam in them.I have had 6 people look at this Item the way it is listed and then asked "how much weight a drawer with these guides will hold" and guess what they all said 400 pounds. Figureli really should list the weight capacity for the most common use for drawer guides. A DRAWER - Horizontal- Who uses guide rails vertical. I know that person is out there and these will work great for them. The current add and description does not state 400 pound rating is straight up. When I contacted Figureli they made no offer to correct this or to compensate us for their mistake. Do not but these!.

You get what you pay for
These cheaply made slides do not nearly have the capacity claimed in the specs. I made a drawer to slide 2 bikes into a van with them. Maybe 75 pounds total at the most. I had to use a pole at the end to support the drawer when it is slid out because otherwise it will bend down and snap off. Ordering some larger much more substantial 3 inch wide slides from a competitor. Plus the rubber stopper lock at the end is a joke. Very disappointed with the waste of time and money on these slides.
