Can you see the weather?

Yes. The default app is fine. I tried using Weather Bug, and it took a very long time to load each time I used it. Not acceptable to me.

Has anyone used their versa during a water class?

I teach water aerobics and always leave it on. LOVE IT!

Will it work with a21 android? and can i make and receive calls on it?

It's designed for Android so its supposed to work on a21. Yes it receive calls directly from the watch. If making calls, u can call back from the watch, however u will hav to use your phone to talk when making calls.

Why wont it let me hook up my earbuds to my versa 3

Your earbuds connect to the phone. the Bluetooth volume, etc. can be controlled by the Versa,
