Buen sabor, solo recomiendo empezar a tomarlo gradual, ya que tome la dosis sugerida y me sentí muy lleno (puede ser a que nunca había tomado un suplemento de proteínas), y fue difícil dormir, y baje a la mitad y ya dormí bien, y empecé a subir cada semana hasta la dosis recomendada.

Seen people complain about the taste and not being able to mix it well. This is my fourth container and have never had an issue with either. I've read a lot about protein powders and about how some sources claim there's little to no benefits, whether it's a placebo effect or not, the following days after drinking this have felt significantly better on my muscles after a workout/ strenuous activity the previous day, as oppose to when i didn't use casein powder.. so i think it works great for that purpose! and will continue to purchase this brand. Taste: I get the vanilla flavor. I can see why some people may not like the taste, it has just a tiny bit of a.. chalky(?) aspect to it. it's not a gross chemically chalky or anything, just not exactly a silky smooth vanilla drink one might expect the flavor to be. I personally LOVE the flavor. I look forward to drinking this at night after a good day of exercise. I love the fact that there's a minimal sugar content to it, which might be why some people don't enjoy the taste, maybe they're expecting more of a sugary drink type of flavor. Mixing: I used to use water to mix it with, which worked well. I just added a little bit of cold (refrigerated) water to a glass, then the powder on top, then stir it together with a fork while adding more water till i get the consistency i want. I've recently started to use my coconut milk instead which works just as good, and gives it a bit of a smoother taste. Sometimes i will add just enough coconut milk to stir the powder into and it turns into an almost whipped cream consistency with a normal amount of stirring. It almost tastes like what I'd imagine a gluten free whipped cream would taste like, which doesn't sound appealing i know haha, but maybe like a less sweet whipped cream? i dunno.. i like it! Overall I'm very pleased with this product and feel like it's beneficial to my health and physical functionality, in helping my body repair my muscle tissue and helping me feel less sore the day after physical activity.
