Love this pan. I'm a messy cook so the pot belly works well for me. Keeps the food in the pan when I stir.

I bought these after trying many many other pots. These are thick and weighty. The good points are they heat evenly, have not warped after repeated use and the teflon is great. Dont be fearful of teflon. I have used pots with it for many years , still here. Proper use: Do not just put heat on full blast with nothing in them such as an oil or butter or product to cook. Do not heat in an oven with NOTHING in it. The testing where they found teflon was becoming gaseous (dangerous) is at 500 degrees. If you have something it them, you have no worries, because nothing you will cook will become that hot, unless you burned it to the crisp. Proper cleaning: Use dishsoap and a sponge or blue pad scrubber (one that is easier on teflon). Do not scrub just lightly rub. Everthing will come out and leave the teflon coating. Nothing last forever, so do not expect these to last 30 years.
