Working muscles I forgot I had
Out of shape because I haven’t been able to use my legs(they’re in compression socks and must stay elevated. I got the ankle weights, walked up to the dumpster, then took them off and walked around the swimming pool. I walked home and took them off. I noticed that I could maintain balance. Went to sleep and woke up. There was so much pain because I wasn’t used to using the muscle. That helps me stay balance. These fit me well I’m 6 feet 1 inch 243 pounds. Fit like a glove totally recommend

Powerful and Strong
Upgraded to 11lb leg weights after wearing 5lbs I had. One thing I love about them is how they distribute the weight better on the legs keeping less stress on the ankles. I usually wear them all day at work and can really tell the difference once I take them off. few suggestionsI found while wearing this product. Its just a few things Ive run into after a few hours of wear. The first would be instructions or suggestions on which strap to strap up first, Ive been assuming it's big, medium, small but I have found that sometimes they tend to slide down the leg causing the second issue. The top strap rings tend to move and bunch up causing the strap to pull against the back of the leg. No matter if put them lower or right behind the knee they slide down throughout the day. The other problem is that the top strap is just a little too short; Im not the smallest guy in the world, but even on my stick of a friend, it barely is strapped on and that was wearing them under clothing. 1/2inch would help a little more. I had to take some of the plates out to make it fit better. Lastly, the ankle strap would work better with a little more Velcro. That way it can wrap around the bottom flaps under the weight giving a more supported feel, plus it might help keep the weights from sliding in the pockets down past the strap. Overall I loved this product, and the customer suggestion email was a great touch.

Best feature - cheap
I want wrist weights with solid weights inside, not that sand-like substance in other wrist weights, and these have that, so that's a positive for me. Also, these were very cheap, so that's also a plus. One of the downsides for me is the texture of the material. It's not great against the skin on my arms/hands; it's scratchy/abrasive, at least for me it is. The metal rods inside of them dig into my arms a bit when I'm lifting weights with them on my wrists; which is somewhat tolerable, but unpleasant. 'Features' I want in wrist weights are: - easy to tighten in place (on my wrists) - easy to get in a comfortable position (on my wrists) - easy to ensure they don't slide up and down (on my forearms when I'm lifting) These wrist weights fail, for me, at all of these. I would not recommend these to anyone who has similar concerns to me, who plans to use them on their wrists while lifting free weights. I will continue to use them and not return them because they were cheap, and so am I. (* The previous wrist weights I had had those 'bean bag' weights, and while using them they leaked sand all over my basement, which was unpleasant, so I prefer something with solid weights inside.)

weight difference from display
the weight displayed is total, not per wrist, i got 6.6 its 3.3 per wrist, im not surprised by this, still an excellent product, if may feel uncomfortable at first but moving the weights around helps that

Functionality
Definitely worth it. Great product and feels amazing. Highly recommend over other ankle weights with sand.

Kinda big, but well enough built
These are really long for forearm sleeves - I'm 6'4" and these feel big on me... For shorter folks the top side might go past your elbow. What I like is there are 3 straps - a really wide middle one and a thinner one on the elbow and wrist sides, there are double D rings as well as Velcro on the side closest to the elbow, which helps hold it in place. Because of this, the loose netting that holds the weights should get less abuse from the weights siding around to hold up longer, however I think I would have preferred to see something stronger than the netting for how much weight these things hold. The base fabric is rock solid and really durable, however. If you get these at the same time as the similar legs weights, you might consider marking them somehow (colored bread tie, tape, etc) if you don't start with different weight amounts since although they are different, they are difficult to tell apart from a quick glance since they are relatively similar in size due to the length of the weight bars. But, since you can see thru the netting you can probably count the weights in each, or by the weight difference by picking each up. Fully geared up with arm and leg weights + Mir vest (that thing is completely rock solid) I feel like Robocop walking around. You could put on some weighted gloves, too, but if you aren't already buff I wouldn't plan to go that far. Adjusting the weights is simple as long as you aren't wearing it. You could swap them between with the leg weights if you wanted to stuff a few extra in one or the other (leg day/arm day?) but for me, I'm growing into these things with less bars, but past the junky sandbag style 3 or 5 lb weights, so this is nice to add on. You can wear a watch under it if you want it for heart and steps monitoring, but don't plan to use it to tell time. The weights are enclosed really well, so if you're into doing uncommon workouts upside down, martial arts movements, whatever, these will keep the weights in fine & the 3 straps do ok to hold in place, but you'll still notice some shifting that I think is unavoidable. But, the weights will fully wrap around your arm so balance is kinda nice for me hopping on the treadmill, doing stairs, or typing while not in a meeting (might be distracting at first to work with these on, but with a standing desk/medium bookshelf you can figure it out - I don't care for them on while sitting at my desk). Anyways, I'm pretty happy with these overall. Maybe someone has some suggestions on getting the netting to be stronger, fix it, etc. Since I think over time it'll wear out, especially after cleaning them occasionally since you're going to sweat under them for sure even if you aren't doing cardio. But, the netting is at least decent quality for what it is so it should last for a long time for casual use, or at least for awhile if you do intense movement workouts. Maybe some extra straps over the top? I dunno. If you're shorter that might be a way to deal with the extra length of these, not sure. For me getting back in shape from my desk job bod, be these are great.
