Refreshing and tastes great hot or cold but I prefer it cold with some cows milk but I’m sure it would be fine with the other types. I love this flavor and the company that produces this beverage. The company shipped then boxes containers in a nice seal wrapping to protect it.

The best!! No need to go to Starbucks anymore.

I get this same thing for less than $5 at the grocery store........ Tastes great with my lactose free whole milk + Frother but I will never ever pay 4x the amount just to have it at my doorstep. Maybe a few dollars more, yes. This one container lasts me about 4-5 drinks. Which isn't even a full week of morning beverages.

This was delivered poorly. It had a tiny hole in it and I guess moisture got inside the container. When I poured it into a clear cup there was chunks of moldy slime. I buy this often at the grocery store and never had an issue. I gave one star because it was delivered quickly.

I will not buy again. Good (not great) so will not buy again because of high cost. It is like being at Starbucks.

I am very acquainted with chai in Nepal (called “chia” there) and this is too strong but I used half the chai mix recommended with the full amount of milk and it was excellent. It seems to be high in caffeine so I recommend drinking it early in the day unless you like being awake all night. This mix is very tasty and I think everyone will enjoy it.

I use this tea to make a copycat Starbucks Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai and it is absolutely amazing!
