Best Buy for the Money
I've had about 3 pairs of these on different bikes. Like them a lot. Cheap and I don't see any difference between higher priced shimano flip flop pedals, of which I have 2 pair. Yes, I have too many bikes.

Bad Design, Poorly Made
First problem with these pedals is that they put a reflector panel over the area where you would normally make adjustments to the clip tension. I had to use pliers to remove those so I could loosen them, otherwise I couldn’t get my foot out of the clips. Once I did that, they worked well enough for about a year and then the left pedal clip just fell apart on my ride.

Just what I was looking for
I absolutley love these pedals. Seemed to be well made and very durable. I was debating between these and the Shimano brand pedals that are exactly like this. At the time, the Shimanos were alittle more expensive, so I deciding on these. I am very happy with my choice. I have only used them on a few rides, but they are very smooth so far. I was looking for something I could clip into with my cycling shoes, but also have the option to ride with street shoes. Another plus is that the package comes with the SPD cleat attachments, so you don't have to buy them seperate. I already had the the cleats on my cycling shoes, but it is good to have a back up pair I guess. These pedals are very versatile and I am very happy with my decision to go with the Wellgo pedals.

Pedal Failure
Great pedal for multi-season ridding. However the front clip has failed after less than 1500 miles of city commuting, part of which used the regular shoe pedal side. The failure started when the head of the front screw that holds the front clip down to the pedal was sheared off. This happened on both pedals, and the front clip on the right pedal catastrophically failed first. Its even more disappointing that I can't find the a replacement part for the front of the clip which looks to just bolt on. All in all, poor design, and I assume this is a fairly common mode of failure.

For both my flat shoes and bicycle shoes
I like the reversible pedals for both my flat shoes and bicycle shoes. These pedals came ready to use. However, they did not come quite as ready to use as woould be best. I needed to remove the spindle to re-lubricate the bearings so they would spin freely.

Good value!
A really solid pedal !! The shoe clip did not exactly fit my eggbeaters on my other bike , but I like having both sides of the pedal to work with .

Surprisingly good
These are of shockingly good quality. The bearings are not rough like so many other bargain pedals, I ordered and additional set as well for my wife's touring bike.
