Fantastic product!
This product is a bit pricey as it is imported . I haven’t found anything that works as well. I recommend it to my eye specialist . He was impressed with the condition of my eyes . I highly recommend it . I have been using them for quite a while now . It comes in sealed packages like a handi wipe for eyes very safe and easy to use for travel and you can put in your purse . One for each eye . Discard do not reuse .

Excellent product; does the job at a good price.
A failed eye surgery left me, among other things, with some pretty severe blepharitis. Sheer misery! My ophthalmologist recommended a product but I have been unable to get it and returned to using baby shampoo which DOES sting and dries out my eyes, essentially making it worse. So I went looking. And thankfully found this product. Yea! Three boxes have 60 pads, each pad will do both eyes, so I’m set for a good long time for half the price of the previous product which was only good for 30 days. And it works great. No irritation, very easy to use and my eyes get relief.

damn near ended my never ending stye
For a whole semester i kept getting these annoying styes on my right eye and every time it would go away, a new one would show up. Some tiktok eye doctor recommended these and i started using them every morning and night and i have been stye free ever since. It seriously works yall Idk how it is for getting rid of a current stye, but definitely effective for preventing new ones and stopping them from coming back

Not great results
I personally did not get great results from these wipes. I seem to do better with baby shampoo and I actually use baby washcloths with it. That may be due to my particular situation, so I can’t say it wouldn’t work for some people.

Soft, wet enough, but can't open without a scissors!
I bought the 60 pack (3, 20-packs) so I have a while to go through these. I've been using the OCuSoft Plus pads which work fine, but they have a rougher texture than the Blephaclean and seem to dry out my lids if I use them for too long without a break. The Blephaclean pads our soft, decent sized, wet enough, and mild to use everyday (no excessive drying noticed so far). However, there is one big problem and it's a pain. The foil packs are impossible to open without a scissors. I'm not that old, and still have decent dexterity and strength in my hands, but even using my teeth to get a start on the ripping, there's no way I'm able to rip open the pads given the foil and inner plastic liner of the packs. Makes them almost unusable when traveling because on one can carry a scissors or small knife through security anymore. Fix that problem, and you have a fine product.

Preservative-free and very pleasant, even for the most sensitive of eyes
I love these. These are very soothing to the eyes and are preservative-free. I have had a very hard time finding eye products that are preservative free, even those that are individually wrapped. I have had no trouble with these, or with their related product, Belphagel. They are more cost-effective than other brands I have found. These have a very faint, pleasant, clean scent with a wisp of coconut. Very pleasant and soothing. Not a hint of irritation. These do not have any tea tree oil in them, if that's what you're looking for. I used a dropper to drop tea tree oil (for eyes) on them for a while, until my doctor told me the tea tree oil wasn't generally considered effective. I use them in conjunction with Blephagel, a sterile, preservative-free product in a dispenser that keeps products sterile for about 8 weeks. Love them!

Relief
I had an eye infection a couple of months ago & I suffer from blepharitis on top of that & these wipes gave me so much relief. I used them morning & night for three weeks. Then just at night till the box was gone. My only complaint is how costly they are. $36 for 60 wipes is alot. So I am now shopping for a lesser expensive eyelid wipes. But I highly recommend this product. It cleared the redness from my eyelids & less then 2 weeks I no longer had any crust sticking to my eyelashes. Excellent product!

Absolutely nothing helped my dry eyes except this
I tried Xiidra prescription drops , washing my lids with.baby shampoo , otc drops, night time ointment , every otc drop you can think of and nothing got rid of the pain and grittiness if my dry eyes except this medication. They’re so easy to use you don’t have to rinse them and they’re portable. Yes they’re expensive compared to other otc meds but it’s worth it. I’ve had dry eyes fur decades since my LASIK so I know first hand the pain and discomfort of dry eyes. It’s miserable. If you’re suffering in silence I urge you to try these wipes. What do u have to loose ?
