Worked well on my ‘06 Ram 2500. For the price this a great scanner for the DIYer. Provides a lot more live data that is not available with your typical budget code reader. To use on my ‘18 Ram 1500, I needed a 12+8 pin adapter (via cables behind the radio display) as it will not work through the OBDII port. This is apparently an FCA issue and is not an Autel issue. Over all pleased with the purchase

I bought this Diagnostic Computer to diagnose problems with my 2006 Grand Marquis and 2001 Honda Accord.Performed very well and diagnosed the problem (bad pump) with my 2006 Grand Marquis, saved me $400. Also diagnosed the problem (bad rear door lock actuator/motor) with my 2001 Honda Accord, saved me $280.I paid $895 and saved $680 already, my true cost at the moment is only $215.If your a DIY type person and like to fix your own vehicles, then buy one of these and it will save you lots of money and end up not costing you a penny for having a diagnostic tool.Note: Updates for newer car models do cost you money in the future, but that is normal for these type products and it will still save you money in the future to offset updates. Only update when you absolutely have to update.
