My cue screen flickers n changes stations by itself n screen locks up will changing the screen fix this ?

It sounds like you are experiencing two separate issues. The changing stations and locking up is most likely a touch screen malfunction which this product will resolve, but if the LCD display is also flickering or dropping out, I would check your battery first and make sure it is fully charged and healthy.
