THe 20 Volume isn't effective on lifting dark hair.
Clairol Professional Crème Permanente 20 Volume Hair Developers did not really lift much color from my color wig. It did lift some color after sitting over night and wrapped in foil. I probably need volume 30 or higher or to keep the hair wet and saturated.
