Small Exercise Ball for Between Knees, 6 inch Pilates Ball with Pump, Mini Yoga Core Ball Physical Therapy

My Pilates class often uses a ball for various exercises and supplies them for students. However, most of the balls have a surface that makes it difficult for me to grasp in my smaller hands when performing the exercises. I ordered this ball for myself in class and at home and am so happy that it has a texture that makes it very easy to grip and use. It makes all the difference for me. It was simple to inflate with the included needle, seems to be well made, and I believe it will last for many years. It's cheerful in its bright blue color. A winner!

I bought this and had to return it. It was my fault. I thought I assumed the size properly, but I was wrong. The ball seemed sturdy. It had an air pump to inflate it. No need for a plug. Functional and exercising or posture. Very light weight. Smooth surface.

Used for PT at home. Soft and durable. A little smaller than I thought but still worked with my exercises.
