I’ve used it for four days easy to use

This breathing gadget has been a great help for my elderly family member. It’s easy to use and very effective in helping to loosen and expel phlegm, especially for someone who struggles to cough properly. It encourages deeper breathing and helps keep the lungs clear, which is so important. Lightweight, simple, and really beneficial as part of daily respiratory care. I highly recommend it for anyone with breathing difficulties or chest congestion.

I bought one of these on a recommendation from both a GP and a friend. She had used one after chemicals affected her lungs and it helped her clear the problem. I got mine while I still had an acute lung infection. So at that point, when I needed help, my blowing had virtually zero effect which was quite depressing and scary. Possibly might want to warn the users of this. As I recovered I tried to go on using it but honestly - found the work I do with my own and my physio's exercises far more effective. Of its type though, it is value for money. May be the answer for some people.

Second one I have had as I accidentally broke the last one Thy do my chest more good than any of my inhalers I wouldn't be without one .
