I had just purchased a new pair of pants that I washed improperly and they wrinkled up like crazy. I really liked the pants and didn't want to return them. My wife remembered this device from something like 50 years ago and thought I should try it. Yup, it was exactly as she remembered. Using it was pretty straight forward. Slipped into the still-damp trouser legs pretty easily and cinched right up. After air drying, they turned out perfectly. Some people complained about the difficulty in using it. Yes, the assemblage is a bit fiddly, but not overly difficult. This design has been in use for decades and still performs it's one and only task admirably.
