I received the item on time, however when I unscrewed the cap to remove the safety seal it had already been partially opened. Please make note that the item is not returnable, don't make the same mistake I did and read the return policy before ordering. I called the manufacture and left a voice mail (only option). I will update my review when/if they call me back. Update, spoke with the manufacture and since this was a safety issue, they gave me instruction on how to get this resolved. I updated my rating to 5 stars because of their customer support. As for the product, I have used it for a month, before ordering from here, it does seem to make some difference for me, and I am hoping the longer I use it the better the results, however, not everyone will have the same results, it may do nothing for you. Before trying I asked my doctor and was told I should not have any issues trying this. The way I looked at it was I really had nothing to loose so why not give this a try.

Does this stuff really work? For me it's the difference from getting up every hour at night to every 2 to 3 hours, so for me this helps a lot! Having an enlarged prostate means you do not totally empty your blatter but with this I've noticed I'm peeing longer which helps. I will continue taking this until I find something better.

I stoped getting up to urinate frequently, I just get up once and is after 7 hours of sleep ! So I do recommend this product!

Took product for two months and didn't notice any difference.
