Amazing product, love using it when cooking some sugar cream or fudge. The size of the cubes are just perfect.

The description said it was a 2-pack. I only received one mould.

I used these for definitely not edibles. They work well with gummy "candy" and chocolate "candy". Easy to get your "candy" dosing right and consistent. Definitely only use for baking or molding everything but edibles.

I bought these molds with hesitancy, but with hopefulness. It worked exactly as I had hoped. There is a learning curve with the first use. My fudge was thickening quickly so it turned out best to pour the fudge cautiously over the mold while spreading with a large metal frosting spatula getting each square filled to the top edge, but not above. Run VERY hot water on the metal spatula to smooth into each square scraping fudge off of dividers into each square making a perfect square. Continually rinse and heat spatula under hot water, smoothing the top and scraping chocolate off of all dividers. After chilling the fudge, each square popped out beautifully by pushing the bottom of each square. Extremely easy to clean with hot water. Two molds were enough for my 2.5 lb recipe.

I use this when making caramel, and it is a lifesaver! I don't have to cut my caramel into pieces anymore, I can just pop them out of this nifty thing! I thought cleaning it would be difficult but it is surprisingly easy. In a way, I'm glad I didn't purchase this earlier because it just makes me appreciate it more.
